Mappsite is a discovery platform for small and medium businesses. We show the information each business publishes about itself: location, products, prices, opening hours and contact details. By using the site you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.

You must be over 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. You can close your account at any time from "Account and security".

We do not process payments or handle deliveries. When you book an appointment or send a message from the site, Mappsite only passes your request to the business owner: it is the business that decides whether to confirm, reschedule or decline it, and that is responsible for fulfilling it. Any agreement, payment, delivery, return or complaint is a direct relationship between you and the business you choose to deal with.

Mappsite is not responsible for the quality, the availability, the accuracy of the prices or the fulfilment of the products and services offered by the listed businesses.

When you book a time or send a message through the site, your data (name, contact details, notes) is delivered directly to the owner of that business. It is the business that decides whether to confirm, reschedule or decline. Mappsite only carries the request.

To send a request you must give your informed consent (see the Privacy policy).

Mappsite does not process payments. Payment, delivery and any refund are agreed and carried out directly between you and the business, under the conditions it sets (for example, cash, bank transfer or another method).

• Do not publish false or offensive information, or information that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not use the site for spam, impersonation or abusive automation.
• If you spot incorrect information about a business, you can report it from its page.

Each business is responsible for the information it publishes about itself (description, prices, opening hours, photos). If you own a business and manage its page, you undertake to keep the information truthful and up to date.

The software, the brand and the design of Mappsite belong to their holder. The content each business publishes belongs to its respective owner, who grants us a licence to display it on the platform. You may not copy, bulk-extract or reuse the site without authorisation.

The service is offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, continuity or fitness for a purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mappsite will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from your relationship with a business. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you on a non-waivable basis (for example, consumer protection).

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile and disputes are submitted to its courts, without prejudice to the rights that the mandatory rules of your country of residence (for example, the EU, the USA or Brazil) grant you as a consumer or data subject.

You can stop using the site and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of the document. In the event of material changes, we will give notice on the site.
