Refund policy

Last updated: October 2026 · Version 1.0.

1. Who charges for the plans

Mappsite plans for businesses (Base, Plus and Pro) are sold and charged by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment, issues the receipt and handles refunds. Your card statement shows Paddle.

2. 14 days to request a refund

If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund of the first payment of your plan within 14 days of the charge, without giving a reason. If your plan started with a free trial, the period runs from the first charge.

3. Renewals

Monthly and annual renewals are not refunded, unless the law of your country gives you that right. You can cancel at any time: you will not be charged again and your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

4. Charges made in error

A duplicate charge or a charge made in error is always refunded.

5. How to request it

  • At paddle.net, with the email on your receipt, by choosing "Request refund", or through the help link on your receipt.
  • Or write to us from the contact page: we will handle it with Paddle.

Paddle refunds the money to the same payment method, within 14 days of approval; how long it takes to show depends on your bank.

6. What happens to your plan

Once the payment is refunded, the plan ends that day and your page is no longer public, as with an expired plan.

7. Your rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the law of your country, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom: if the law gives you more, the law applies. Paddle's refund policy also applies (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

8. Contact

For questions about this policy, write to us from the contact page.
